Chapter 18 Cheryl and Her Little Secret

Cheryl stared at the piece of raw salmon in front of her. Instantly her stomach churned at the thought of raw meat in her mouth. However, like it or not, she still had to chew the food and swallow it with difficulty.

"Cheryl, I'm sorry I forgot that you don't like eating raw fish." Carlos noticed Cheryl's tormented expression as she was forced to chew the piece of salmon in her mouth.

"Not only raw fish, but Cheryl doesn't like all fish dishes either," Jackson added calmly. He glanced at Cheryl and smiled mockingly.

Again, Cheryl felt as if her Daddy had wanted to tell her something, but he didn't want to say it directly. Cheryl knew her Daddy well, and it seemed that he wanted to play riddles with her now.

"Oh really? I just found out you don't like processed fish, Cheryl." Luisa commented.

Cheryl smiled awkwardly, “I just don't like it. Not allergic to fish. I don't think there's anything wrong if I try salmon now.”

"Don't force yourself," whispered Carissa in her ear.
