I had dimissed it then, counted it as a mistake the moon goddess would undo in a matter of time. But now, I badly wanted to catch her scent again, just for the last time. ELODIEAfter the Lycan king left my room, I stepped out. My legs felt heavy beneath me as I dragged my feet across the hallway, in search of somewhere secluded to stay. My room was, but it strangely felt suffocating in there. I needed somewhere where I could breath and think clearly and the garden was just that. Unfortunately, I met a guard on the way who insisted on escorting me. Since it was late in the night, I couldn’t gaze at the flowers and take in their beauty. All I could do was sit in silence with my thoughts. I haven’t forgotten that note.
