Three days had passed since the horrible nightmare, and without a doubt I still didn't feel better.

Eva had been with me most of the time and today she had tried to encourage me to go for a run with her, so I could clear my head. But it had been a failure, because I hadn't even wanted to get out of bed; I just took a shower and went back to bed again.

Trying to stop thinking about him was a lost cause and even more with the fact that today we were going to meet at a dinner to set another wedding date, to which I was supposed to go with my whole family, but it was obvious that circumstances had changed, the last thing I wanted was to be there, with Alessandro's hateful look.
