Chapter 5(Innocence)

But the fairy shook her head and told him that she could not live with humans as it's not allowed for them to have human bondage.

 

My dad was looking at her beautiful face and felt drawn towards her innocence. He removed his overcoat which he had worn as she was shaking and covered her with it.

 

The fairy thanked him, but her teeth were clattering. And so, my dad went in search to look for woods to make fire. While he was looking for it he saw a small cave carved out of stones and walked inside it. He laid down the woods there and with his matchsticks he made it burn and immediately the cave got lightened up. It was big enough for at least ten people and was a little warmer than outside.

He ran towards the lagoon and told the fairy to come along with him to the cave.

The fairy was hesitant to trust him and my Abba held her hand assuring her that he would not harm her, and it was quite cold outside so she should come inside the cave.

 

Once they were inside they sat near the fire and made themselves warm. Abba had an exciting day and was very tired so after some time he fell asleep.

He must have slept for an hour or so when he felt something cold touching him. He opened his eyes and saw that Athena had snuggled beside him and her teeth were clattering with cold. He even noticed that the fire had died but the lava was still there making the cave a little brighter.

He saw the shaking form beside him and held her tightly to keep her warm. But she was still shaking. It was still freezing outside and Abba did not know what to do her hands were touching his body and it was quite disturbing.

Abba had never touched any woman other than my mother and he was truly in love with her.

After controlling himself for a long time he started kissing her to keep her warm. Athena’s eyes were wide with shock and was lost in the pleasure that Abba was giving her.

Abba whispered in her ears that he was doing it only to warm her up and not to get sacred

But gradually Athena grew all excited and was kissing him back and one thing led to another and they finally mated and fell asleep exhausted with their mating.

In the morning when Abba woke up he saw Athena looking at him lovingly and recalled what had happened in the darkness of the night.

He felt very guilty and got up and apologized to Athena.

“Athena I am a married man I shouldn’t have crossed my boundaries; I am sorry. I just wanted to keep you warm and one thing led to another. I should have controlled myself.

Athena smiled and went and took his face in her hands and kissed him saying. “Eos!”

Abba was shocked as to how she knew his name and looked at her confused.

“ Don’t look surprised, I am a fairy and I do have powers but I cannot use all my powers as I have lost my necklace I can read your mind and know that you are a good man. I have fallen in love with you overnight. You saved my life, or I would have died last night. Thank you.”

“Please don’t feel guilty. I am not blaming you it was mutual. However, we are not allowed to fall in love with any human. I have made the mistake and I don’t know what will happen when I go back but I mated with you and you are now carved in my heart. Go back to your wife and child. I will stay here and search for my necklace and wait for the next harvest moon.”

Abba was relieved but he was a little attracted towards her as she had the most enchanting voice. which ran like a piece of music in his ears.

My dad was ready to go back as he knew everyone would be searching for him as he had not returned home the previous night. So he told her to take care of herself and promised to visit her often before heading back home. Athena was smiling as she said goodbye to him.

He was right as everyone was worried at home and most importantly his wife Ariana’s father had met with an accident and they had to rush to her village.

He was being treated by the local doctor and was told he needed complete bed rest and should not move his leg. Abba had to return as he had to see the work in his pharma but stayed with them for a month before he returned home Ariana stayed back with their son to take care of her dad as her mother had died a long time back and she did not have any siblings.

The day Abba returned it was blue moon night and Athena was constantly disturbing his thoughts he was worried about her, so he told his dad that he was going out for some work and went to the blue lagoon carrying his bag pack.

He was about to climb when he saw someone had made small steps to climb the steep rock to the Blue Lagoon. By the time he reached it was evening but he couldn’t see Athena and started looking for her as he was worried. He found her sleeping form curled inside the cave.

“Welcome back Eos.” She said her eyes still closed and Abba was not surprised now as he knew she had powers and smiled at her.

 

She opened her beautiful eyes and Abba was lost in them. He came forward and hugged her before engulfing them into the bliss of love-making and it went on and on for the whole night. Abba was feeling bad for cheating on his wife, but he had fallen in love with Athena and wanted to protect her till she went back to her land safely.

As if reading his mind Athena said lovingly. “Eos don’t feel guilty by the time Ariana comes to know about us it will be time for me to go back and your wife will forgive you. Eos you will become a father again and you have sowed your seed inside me.”
