Maya closed her eyes. She had just discovered that she could perform spells meaning she might be a warlock but she did not know what to do about it. And of how she came to be, she still had no idea.

Although she had stayed with Ashton's pack for some time, the only place she was most familiar with was Ashton's villa, which was now filled with wolfbane.

She knew that she could not waste another minute because once she gets affected by it too, they will be both down and no one will save them.

And if this poison stayed in Ashton's body for long, it will be fatal to him and the consequences might be unimaginable. He could not even wolf now because of the wolfbane, if this continued, he might end up losing his wolf forever and Maya did not know if he could ever live with that.
