Lucas’ POV “It's been over three hours.” I shook Emily up. “What's the time?” She asked sleepily. “It's eleven am.” I answered. Emily's POV I stayed still till I was sure that I had no company anymore. Matter of fact, I watched by my window as Vera and her hooded man made it out. Another thing I took note of was that the security guy was quite familiar with him. It was one of two things. Either he worked in Nevada, or our security had began eating from two plates. Emily's POV I hadn't seen Adrian too in a while. Not after that night that went badly. It was unkike him to not reach out. I was starting to think he'd reconsidered and decided to have a family with Lillian instead. Maybe the three-to-one was too much for him. Hell, I wasn't complaining. Who's he to feel bad about it?
