The next week or so I didn’t see Desmond. Marcus said he was busy with Alpha James and was rarely in the territory anymore. It made it easier to go back to avoiding him that way. Liam and Nat had started coming over more to my cabin. I was mid replacing the walls nearing the end of my project. Nat would toss her phone away and blast music in the house while I worked, the both of us singing at a ridiculous volume. Not always on key. Wth… he didn’t have the gut to admit that Vi was his mate as if he was afraid his wife would know about it yet he blamed her for not being truthful about her mate .. He even let her got away calling Vi a whore while trying to prevent Vi from hurting his wife. Such an ass ! Vi should just leave ..
