Chapter 38 - Scared but at peace

I took a couple of steps backward and relinquished complete control to Delcan. I could feel my body bulking up, my hands and feet transforming into claws, my mouth elongating into a snout, and my ears pointed upwards. Giving control to Delcan always feels the same, but even after all these years, I am still unable to become familiar with this sensation. Maybe it's because I'm not a werewolf but a lycan.
