After that conversation with Luna Amarantha and Shintara, I felt like my energy was drained from me.

At night, King Iram asked for my audience. Still, a bit disarrayed, I forced myself to get up and came to his chamber.

He sat at a table and poured a drink. He smiled and gestured his hand to me. "Come and join me here, Omnibus!" he delightfully invited me.

My shoulders slumped at the scene and frowned at him. "Wow! I'm dying inside and you're celebrating? Do I look like a joke to you, Iram?" I casually asked.

He snorted and patted the empty chair. "It's not for celebration, idiot!"
