When Elias, Jess and I escaped the crowd to a quiet part of the forest, I lifted Jess and spun around. She giggled and grabbed my face, pressing her lips against mine.
“My handsome Alpha,” she said, running her hands down my chest, “And Elias, you never told me you were going to be Beta!”
