Walking out of my office, I noticed it was already 6 pm. A whole day went by without seeing our mate. But the good thing was, I didn't feel him hurt the whole day. So, it was a win.

I pulled my phone out of my pocket to see 10 missed calls and 3 texts from the boy that consisted all of my heart and mind.

Buttercup : Hey, didn't see you at class today. Are you okay? Sent: 12 pm.

Yes, I saved his name under Buttercup because he smelled so much like butter and I couldn't get enough of this newly fermenting scent of my mate.

Buttercup : Why aren't you picking up? I hope everything's alright. Sent: 3:10 pm.

The last one was just a couple minutes ago.
