The governor could not stop thinking about what he had just heard from Raul. He had run out of options and also had Kara to worry about. His conversation with Hayley on contacting the werewolf god was fruitless since he could not get her to reach him.
Hayley had explained to him how impossible it was for her to reach the werewolf god. The governor thought it was time to set things right with the priest.
