GENEVA'S POV

"You are violating my human rights! You cannot keep me in this carriage and force me to meet someone!" I shouted loudly. It's been thirty minutes and they've locked me up in this medieval carriage and won't let me out. I've been screaming at them yet they won't let me be.

"Lady Nyla, please calm down." My eyebrows furrowed as I banged my fist into the carriage's walls. "This is literally kidnapping!" I shouted, frustrated. One moment I was getting chased by a bird, then got chased by a man with red eyes, and now I'm being forced to come with them.

Heck, it's a miracle I'm not yet dead.

The carriage suddenly stopped and I looked left to right. Yeah, I can't see shit because the carriage's windows are closed. A moment later, the door opened. I peeked my head out and saw the man with bright green eyes.

"Where am I?" I asked.

"The sorcerer's home," he answered and my eyes widened. "What?" I asked, not believing what I heard. I looked behind him and saw an entrance down to the ground and my eyebrows raised.

"Is that sorcerer a fucking cavewoman or something?" I asked and scoffed but he didn't know how to answer me. "Pardon?" I rolled my eyes and got out of the carriage. I flipped my hair before walking to the door. Maybe this person will be able to help me more than these idiots.

I banged on the door. "Is anyone inside?" I asked and the man with green eyes approached me and shielded me from the door. "My lady, you have to be careful." I sighed before crossing my arms. I let him do the talking and knocking before the door finally opened.

I took a peek inside but saw no one. My eyebrows furrowed as I scanned the surroundings. Not a person is there. "Huh?" I questioned and looked at the man I was with.

My guard was down and a knife was suddenly thrown in my direction. I was too stunned to react and luckily, the man managed to catch it before it hit my face. I stared at the sharp end of the knife that was an inch away from my face. I slowly backed away and the men that came along with us surrounded me so I'll be protected.

Well, never mind then. I guess this person won't be able to help me because they're just coo-coo as well.

I turned around and I was about to walk away but I stopped in my tracks when my heart suddenly felt like it was about to burst out. I held onto my chest as I fell to the ground and I tried keeping my body up. This is strange... I've never felt this pain.

"Lady Nyla!" I heard the man shout as he walked to me and held my shoulders. "What did you do to her, you witch!" the man shouted as my hearing started to get fucked up.

"Making her remember," I heard a mature woman's voice say behind me.

My confusion was soon answered when my mind was jumping from one thing to another as if I was recollecting memories. But it wasn't whole, it was just fragments of my memories.

"Goddess Nyla, you must remember..." I heard a voice in my head say and I started having a headache. "Remember who you are.." the voice continued but I can't seem to comprehend anything that was flashing in my mind. Bloodshed, deaths, and rulers, not of it, making sense.

They're just fragments that have missing pieces.

"AHHHH!" I shouted as my headache and heartache got worse and worse.

"Stop it this instant!" the man commanded as he stood up and faced the woman.

"Why?" the woman asked sassily.

"Follow what the Prince says or you'll be executed." What? Prince? Did she just say, Prince? Don't tell me that green-eyed guy is a prince.

A moment later, the pain I was feeling instantly vanished and I took a deep breath. "You fuckers!" I shouted as I took deep breaths as I was holding my heart to make sure I ain't going to die from a heart attack.

I turned around and glared at the woman. "Good morning, Lady Nyla. A thousand years after you vanished and now you're finally back. Let's just hope the royalties don't cut off your head immediately," she said with a sly smile, and my eyebrows furrowed.

I stood up and faced her. "What is this place and why are there werewolves? A kingdom? Or whatever. Then there's you, a sorcerer?" I asked and instead of answering, she held my face with both of her hands and checked my eyes, nose, and lips.

"Get off me," I said and pushed her arms away.

"Fascinating," she whispered.

"What?" the man with green eyes said.

"She has zero recollection and her powers..." She grabbed my wrist and tried feeling for a pulse. "There's almost no trace of magic in her body. I can only feel it faintly," she said and the man nodded while I'm confused as hell.

"I don't understand..." I murmured.

"I-I'm not from here! I'm from America, uh New York? Earth?" I explained and her eyebrows raised.

"She may perhaps have been traveling one dimension from another while she was gone for a thousand years. Or maybe she was stuck in that realm?" she said as if a lightbulb lit up inside her head. She let me go and went inside her house and we followed behind. Only me and the man followed while the rest waited outside.

I looked around and saw books, lots of books. There's a massive pot and different types of glasses around. "Here." She grabbed a book and opened it. She scanned through the pages and shoved the book towards me.

"This is Earth, am I correct?" I looked at the page and saw a drawing of Earth and I nodded. "Fascinating." I sighed before rolling my eyes. What is even going on here?

"You need your book," she said and nodded to herself and I raised an eyebrow. "It's where you stored all your knowledge." She opened a hidden door and told us to follow her. I don't feel safe here with both of these strangers surrounding me. But alright, I guess if I die, I die.

We walked further down and I know we're deep underground now. I felt chills down my spine as I saw cave walls and lightly lit up candles around. Isn't this creeping anyone else out?

Once we reached the bottom, I saw a book encased in a glass wall. I strangely felt that I've seen this before as if I'm craving to open it. I walked further and passed everyone and held the box. "What is this?" I asked slowly.

"You closed it off in that box before the tragedy happened a thousand years ago. You're the only person that has the ability to open that box," she explained and I scanned it.

"How?" There was a quick pause.

"I don't know.." she whispered.

"What do you mean you don't know? You've kept that book here your entire life while waiting for her to come back," the man uttered and she glared at him.

"Oh, I'm sorry Prince Wesley," she sarcastically uttered. Prince Wesley? So his name is Wesley and he's a prince.. I looked at his face and noticed how he was also handsome. "Damn," I uttered as I stared at him and both of them looked at me with confusion. I cleared my throat and looked at the book again.

"I was just the keeper, the sorcerers before me advised that I don't mess with the case so I didn't. Only the deity could," she explained to Prince Wesley.

While looking at the book, I noticed there's an eye in the middle. I squinted my eyes and stared at it before trying to touch it but the case stopped me. My head started hurting and as I continued staring, I remembered something very clear and vivid.

"You are the lost Deity." The woman turned and told me.

3RD PERSON VIEW

The Goddess named Nyla stood up from her throne and walked down the red carpet as she scanned the surroundings. Her eyes were fully black and no other colors were present. Her face was pale as snow while her hair was pure white, nothing can be compared to how pure her hair was.

She was admired yet feared by many because of how powerful she was.

"Goddess Nyla, the soldiers from the mountains have visited," a servant said while bowing his head down out of respect.

"Who may it be?" she asked, sophisticated.

"General Wilbur and General Wesley," the servant said and her eyebrows raised. She chuckled to herself before nodding her head. "Ah, the brothers."

She dismissed the servant and walked further as her big black wings dragged behind her. A Goddess with wings, truly a sight to see.

She extended her wings and started flying out of the castle. She flew up the sky and scanned the surroundings before taking a deep breath and letting her body fall down and she closed her wings. She kept turning around and around and when she was close to the ground, she opened her wings and she flew to the garden.

She spotted the pair and landed in front of them with a smile. "Generals," she greeted before nodding her head slowly.

"Lady Nyla, it's a pleasure to meet you again," they said in unison before bowing.

"Now that the war has ended, everything is at peace again. I truly thank both of you," she said with the sweetest smile and the brothers blushed.

"It's an honor, my lady," General Wesley said.

"The kingdom has shone brighter than the sun now that you rule it. We are glad that peace has been brought upon-" General Wesley was about to show his gratitude but an arrow was shot on his arm. The Deity's eyes widened and she looked around.

She extended her wings and covered the brothers as arrows shot towards them and some hit her wings before she cast a protective spell over them. "Lady Nyla!" Prince Wesley shouted.

"The spell lasts only a couple minutes, get him to safety."

"But-" She pushed the two away before she extended her wings further and the arrows that pierced her wings fell to the ground. She bent down and jumped to the sky as she flew.

She looked around and saw that the werewolves and vampires had united to take her down. "Traitors!" she screamed in madness as they tried taking her down.

The bloodshed occurred again and this time, the vampires were winning. An arrow shot her in the heart and she almost fell but managed to keep herself in the air. "How dare all of you?!" Her voice echoed throughout the kingdom.

"I will not perish easily. This war is not over until I come back!" In an instant, she flew high in the sky and her body glowed white and the brightness spread all over the world. She vanished and left the kingdom to deal with extreme heat and brightness for five hundred years.

GENEVA'S POV My piercing scream echoed after my hands slipped. The bird shrieked with me before I was swept away mid-air. I let out a loud breath before realizing what had happened. Agnes' hands around me after he caught me from falling felt like a strong lock around my body. "W-we failed to retrieve the wings…" I mumbled as we landed on the ground. I groaned from the pain as he laid me down on the cold grass to what seemed like the last thing I'll feel before passing. "You think I'll recover from this?" I jokingly asked with what little energy I had. "You're not a mortal, you will." I may not be a mortal but I sure as hell feel like one. My powers are weak, and I feel the everlasting exhaustion and pain a human body feels. In a world dominated by werewolves and vampires, I'm not a deity but just a mere mortal right now."What… w-were we?" I hesitated. "We're beings in this–" I shook my head lightly as I coughed. "What… happened– between y-you and me?" I restarted my sentence and

GENEVA'S POVEverything was perfect, the wings were calling for me, and I was waiting for them. The moment was ruined when I felt a pair of hands wrap around my neck as the grip tightened. I swallowed hard, and the wings fell to the ground as guards dragged them away. "No!" I agonizingly screamed. I felt weak, a mere mortal's strength was within me. I looked to my side and saw the king holding me by my neck. "Get your hands off of her!" Wilbur screamed from behind as I heard chains wrap around his wrist. The king smiled deviously as he uttered, "Break the glass window." The guards looked at him with hesitance before gulping. "NOW!" They bowed down before stepping forward. I looked up, staring at the massive glass window with the shade of red."Y-you…" I tried to speak but I was silenced by the pain around my neck. He smirked before laughing maniacally. "This is the deity you choose to follow?" He lifted me up and faced the people that were behind us. Wilbur, on his knees and chain

  • Alpha Prince and the Lost Deity   Chapter 28 - Geneva

GENEVA'S POVI've never felt this type of pain in my life. The burning and hot sensation of the blood from my neck makes me feel like I'm at death's door. The pain and agony as my skin ripped apart was a pain I couldn't imagine. "A-Agnes," I whispered, out of breath as he continued taking blood from me. Soon enough, the pain was gone. It was as if it never happened. A numbing sensation was felt across my body as he continued. (I'm sorry, that should help,) he whispered inside my mind as he held me closer. It felt like hours but he only sucked my blood for a couple of minutes before removing his teeth that were buried down my neck. "W-what did you g-give me?" I asked before he lifted me up to carry me. "Something to numb the pain," he whispered before carrying me down the tunnel. I held onto him as I closed my eyes, not believing what just happened to me. My eyes closed by themselves before I heard Thelia screaming in the distance yet I didn't have enough energy to wake up. "What h

  • Alpha Prince and the Lost Deity   Chapter 27 - Geneva

GENEVA'S POV My heart was beating fast as the sorcerer helped me put on my clothes. They prepared a beautiful medieval dress in Earth tone that reached my toes with a puffed lower gown and pure white long sleeve top below the black corset. "I believe I didn't sign up to be your maid?" Thelia uttered before laughing as she tightened the corset. I'm not in a laughing mood. "He's going to get killed, what are we going to do to stop them?" I asked Thelia as she finished fixing my clothes. I look like a maiden in the eighteen hundreds, old style yet stravagant. I have no idea what pulls me into this vampire, why I want to save him, but I have to do my best in order to stop him from getting executed. I might be a deity in this realm but I have yet to earn their respect. They won't do as I asked because I'm powerless. I looked around and saw guards open the door to my room as they escorted both Thelia and I outside. The ceremony will begin and the brothers are yet to come home. What

  • Alpha Prince and the Lost Deity   Chapter 26 - Wesley

WESLEY'S POVI was beyond shocked after reading the book. I scrolled further until I reached the page where the deity vanished a thousand years ago and how he stopped writing from then on. "The vampires did this," I read the notes before the page ended. The following page, it was blank. I scrolled further until I found the last page with text on it. This was recent, only a few days before we caught them. It is odd how he refers to her in an endearing way. Did they perhaps like each other? "She's finally in my arms again," I read lastly before my eyes landed on the wall where a piece of rock fell. My eyebrows furrowed before I put the book down and scanned the wall. It looks like something is behind it. I grabbed the rocks off the wall before pulling them with force. I was expecting to see the book be hidden but to no avail. It was empty. A loud howl from outside was heard and I immediately grabbed the journal of the vampire n

  • Alpha Prince and the Lost Deity   Chapter 25 - Wesley

WESLEY'S POVEarly in the morning with the sun still resting I was called by the King and Queen to the meeting room. I was expecting this to be about the vampire's execution, or maybe the Deity's transformation, or even the hunt for the vampires but it wasn't. "Are you still searching for your mate?" I shook my head before sighing. I stopped searching for her when things got busy because of the Deity. "You need to find her or else you cannot be King," my father uttered and I clenched my jaw. "What if I don't want to be King?" I asked before raising my head and maintaining eye contact with them. My mother couldn't believe what she heard while my father stood up from his seat and slammed his hands on the table. "You are the next in line, you cannot deny your duties!" he shouted and I gulped. "Wilbur can be the King," I suggested and he furrowed his eyebrows. "He hasn't found his mate," he uttered and I scoffed. "None of us has found our mate
