Chapter Ten

Roman and Lucas kept walking their way through the woods; the silence between them was loud as both had something on their minds. The torchlight in their hands was basically useless as they had clear vision.

“This is baseless Roman, we’re not going to find any other werewolf out here. they’re all dead” Lucas paused abruptly as he groaned in frustration, Roman is the one who makes him go werewolf hunting. Lucas already finalized that they wouldn’t find anyone like them out here

“we don’t know that for sure, for all we know we think we’re the only ones who survived but there could be others we can save from Bernard” roman argued

“Aww, I didn’t know we were starting an orphanage for lost werewolves” Lucas teased as he rolled his eyes

“For all we know some aren’t even like us. Just like how I’m a chimera and you are a werewolf, they are different breeds. And I won’t welcome any rogue experiment into our penthouse only to get my head bitten off” he added, Roman scoffed

“Listen Lucas…”
