My thoughts and heart were in complete disarray. Letty clutched me before I could reveal the truth to Alpha. Letty showed me a video clip where she poisoned my mother's drink.

According to Letty, it was a slow-acting poison, and someone provided my mother with an antidote as long as I kept silent. But if I crossed the line and told Alpha the truth about Letty's evil scheme, she would kill my mother.

I couldn't discuss this issue with Mac because Letty was also keeping tabs on him and his family. I should have realized by now that Letty was an obsessed and deranged individual who would go to any lengths to make her plans succeed. It bothered me to see Elena ignoring Alpha, and I wasn't fond of the growing distance between them.

I needed to seek help from Witch Emily. She could assist me in getting out of this dilemma. I tried to locate Elena and Alpha while Letty searched for Alpha Silas. Alpha Silas was trying to mend his relationship with Elena, and I didn't want Letty
