Chapter Thirty-Six

I felt extremely weird being led through the house and shown everything by Silas, pretending I had no intimate memory of the packhouse. It felt wrong. The top floor had always been my floor so to speak. My parent's room, my room, a cozy living room, a playroom that doubled as a library and a really large bathroom. It was the same except the toys from the playroom were gone and big couches and chairs were in there along with more books. It was nice even if it was bittersweet.
