"You must go now. I will personally come myself to bring you here tomorrow at dawn. Be patient my lady"

Elsa nodded. Pleased, she handed a little token to Sally and turned to leave, heading back to her home.

Though she had confirmed who she saw was just a mere slave hated by the king, but Elsa could not help but feel uncomfortable and envious.

Lilith laid down on the stoney floor of her cell. She couldn't help the tears that freed from her eyes every second as she thought about her life. Even after everything, she couldn't bring herself to hate get dead father, but she knew there was still a lot more of his sins to pay for.

Just then, the cell opened and Baski walked in. The older woman gave her a polite smile and bent to her level.

"Child, the Alpha ordered we bring you out again " She said

"Again? What does he want from me again?" Lilith asked pouring out her own anger. "What have I done to deserve all this from him? It wasn't my doing but my father's… " Lilith yelled back.

"No child, do not say that. You do not know what he has been through for 18 years trying to build his life and that of his people from afresh, and trying to forget the past. The alpha went through a lot before his revenge on your people" Baski said.

"I do not care to know whatever pains he has been through. Leave, I won't take a step away from her again." Lilith voiced out angrily.

If he wishes to punish her, or rather have her killed, then she will accept any punishment than to see his cruel face right now. She wasn't willing to believe what Baski had just said either.

Baski pursed her lips in displeasure, but didn't go anywhere.

"You really have to let go of that attitude if you wish to survive as a slave here. We all passed through hell 18 years ago while escaping when your father ambushed our pack. Going into hiding and unable to protect ourselves"

"I still won't go anywhere," Lilith retorted.

Baski was right, they had really gone through hell then. If she could remember clearly when she was 7- four years after her father had ambushed the silver moon pack, her mother requested she leave her pack when she turns 18 and go find a new and free life from her father's rules and greed.

"A new room has been set aside for you according to the Alpha's order. When you deem it fit to rise, then I will escort you to your room" Baski said and stood up to walk out.

Lilith could not help but remain surprised, wondering why the Alpha wanted her to leave her cell to a new room.

Before Baski would reach the end of the cell leading outside, Lilith rose and called her back.

"Wait" Lilith yelled and ran to catch up with madam Baski.

"Tell me, everything the Alpha went through 18 years ago"

"I have no use for weaklings, leave immediately!" Lucien commanded and growled angrily, making the Alpha retreat and pick to a great race.

He sneered and walked towards his beta, lifting him up. "Go back, I'll be right behind you soon" He ordered and continued on his journey.

Red lowered his head in respect for his Alpha. He turned, and sped away heading back to the pack house. Lucien again, dropped his hands behind his back walking. He wasn't too far from the pack house either.

Finally at his destination, he took off his footwears, bearing in his hand a white flower. He walked in and gently lowered his head. This was the only place he could finally become himself- right in front of his parent's graveyard. He closed his eyes, forcing it to remain shut in order not to release the tears threatening to fall. It has been 18 years, but Lucien still feels like it all happened yesterday, and only recalls himself running away because of fear.

When he opened his eyes, he dropped the white flower, and lowered his head again, then turn to leave and head back to his pack house.

Surprisingly, the first thought that came to his mind was Lilith. Maybe because he knew deep down that she was his mate, or because he actually recalled what happened 18 years ago. "Alright child, I'll be out now. Clean up properly and come out" Baski said and walked out of the room.

Lilith stayed put for a while, and remained silent.

"My lady, This is your room which had been ordered by the Alpha to be kept clean" Sally said and opened the huge door.

Elsa walked in, dropping her handbag and admiring the looks of the room.

"Is the Alpha in?" She asked

"He should be, in a few minutes' time" Sally replied, and when Elsa waved her hands indicating she leaves. Sally lowered her head and turned to walk out of the room.

Lucien walked in, and headed straight for his bedroom. Not his usual, but another.

"Get me my slave" He ordered when he walked in ignoring the looks on Baski's face.

Baski turned with a sad expression on her face heading towards Lilith's room. She gave the door a slight knock frowning.

Lilith opened the door wondering why madam Baski had returned again.

Baski cleared her throat and remained silent for a while before walking in and closed the door behind her.

"Listen to me child, please you must do exactly what he tells you to do. I do not want you risking your life because of your disobedience" Baski said, taking Lilith's hands into hers.

"The Alpha requests your presence immediately," Baski said again.

Lilith's eyes widened, not in shock, but in fear.

"Why?" Lilith questioned, feeling adamant to go see him.

"I do not know child, but with the looks on your face, he would slay you without remorse if you dare disobey"

Hearing that horrible word, Lilith nodded and began walking out of the room for death wasn't an option for her yet.

Her legs trembled when she stood at the entrance of his door. She took in a deep and hurtful breath before knocking on the door.

When she was told to come into the room, she held the door knob and slowly opened the door.

She stood before Lucien trying not to show her fear to him. The room looked dark with a cruel aroma of death surrounded in it. When Lucien finally turned to face her, he smirked.

"Come closer" He ordered, and as instructed, Lilith walked closer to him.

"Take it off, and kneel" Lucien commanded. His words made the tears she had been holding fall freely.
