I quickly changed into another dress and sat on my bed.

“My uncle is here to see me? I know he only came here to beg for money. He hasn’t seen me in five years, yet now is the time to see me? I was talking about him a while ago, now he had showed up on my doorstep at his own will. Hmmm,” I stroked my chin. I will take my revenge on him, but not now. Before the sunsets today, i will organize a meeting where I will embarrass him, and after that, I will lock him up in the dungeon for good.”

I laughed and left my room and headed for the visitors lounge.

I got there and entered into the room.

“Laura, you, you’ve grown up so much. Look at you, you aren’t skinny anymore,” uncle William said. “Come over here and give your uncle a big hug.”

I went over to where he was seated and gave him a tight hug. “I missed you so much, uncle. I couldn’t rest well for even a day. I think about you and my aunt everyday, my dear uncle. I’m so glad you’re here. By the way, where’s aunt?”
