DAMIAN:

I opened my eyes and groaned lightly. The room was empty but as I try to stand up on my feet, the door opened and Daniel walked in.

"Alpha." He yelled, causing my head to bang even more. "Don't bring the building down, Daniel." I said as he rushed towards me holding me by my arms. "Where's Amanda? How's she?"

"She's awake, but she's still very weak. I just checked up on her."

"I need to see her by myself." I rose to my feet and began to walk, but I halted as I recalled that my father and Elena would desperately be searching for me. "What about my dad, did you?"

"I made sure anyone who calls the hospital would get nothing about you or Amanda, not even Elena."

"Great job Daniel, thanks." My gaze averted to his arms, and thankfully there was a bandage around his arms. I continued to walk, heading towards Amanda's ward, and when I got in, she cocked her head towards my direction. I walked until I was standing so very close to her. When Daniel brought a stool, I sat down without ta
