Anaya's POV

When I woke up it was still pretty dark outside and my room was even darker which I was thankful for, the light would have hurt my eyes and I felt like I had slept for ages!

The clock to the side told me it was barely six a.m. or p.m, depending on how long I slept. My gaze stopped cold when I noticed someone sitting in the darkened corner of the room, only eyes glowed and then he leaned forward. It was Cade, the mini heart attack I was well on my way to having eased up and I felt my cheeks heat up.

Images that I shouldn't be entertaining were rushing to my mind.

You know, it's one thing to have our hands brushing against each other by accident, or intentionally, it's also another thing to have him placing his hands on different parts of my body, educationally of course.

But having his wolf stand over me in such a protective manner?! Now that is a whole new level and I needed to write these thoughts down before they consumed me!
