Pain is the first thing I feel when I start to gain consciousness, then panic.

' Sin! You bastard! What did you do!' I scream at my wolf and get a painful howl in return.

" Alpha? Can you hear me?" Doctor Cullen calls out to me.

" Yes" my voice is hoarse and each word fucking hurts !

" Lilian" I rasp out.

" Rest and get well first," he says quietly, making the fear even stronger.
