Chapter 6

Paris had given her husband some space to resume his work. She pondered on ways to win over his heart. She knew it was not going to be an easy task for her, Archer seemed to be a workaholic and she could never get close enough to him if he was always working. Pacing around the hallways, she saw Mandy about to pass her with a tray of food.

"Is that for Archer?" Paris stopped the maid.

"Yes, Mrs. Wealth," answered Mandy.

A large smile appeared on Paris's face. She informed the maid to give her the stray. She carried it herself to her husband. Paris had a plan to be her husband's own personal maid. It would allow her to get close to him. She knocked on his door. Archer instructed her to enter. Archer's eyes paused, seeing it was Paris and not his maid, Mandy.

"You don't have to carry around any weight, that's why we have maids and workers," Archer told Paris.
