An Omega for the Millionaire Alpha

"Two hundred thousand pounds!" Kai practically growls, his tone of voice irritated with the situation. "Aarni stole two hundred thousand pounds worth of jewelry from the company." He speaks to the man sitting at the office table, who seems too calm about the situation. "You should have kicked him out when he destroyed the papers for the business we did with the gemstone exporter from Asia." His muscles are tense and his expression dissatisfied, a typical alpha would back down in front of a man over six feet and ninety inches tall who was so angry. However, neither of the two alphas there were ordinary. They were even bigger and stronger.

There are two types of alphas in society. Common alphas make up 38% of the population, biologically the strongest and most dominant, at the top of society. They were used to being treated like kings and a "superior race," at least until the discovery of a new class. True alphas are historically the first alphas, those who are born to lead, unlike those who are born only into the lineage, so these alphas can often be rebellious and wild, in addition to being persistent to the point of doing the unimaginable to get what they want. The birth of a true alpha was more likely to happen between couples of true alphas and omegas, although many omegas avoided this type of relationship because the difference in body structure between them was immense, to the point of getting hurt during sex, but there were still courageous ones who were willing to sleep with these alphas and conceive a child, but they were few and far between, so the percentage of true alphas decreased every year. But Aric's goal was to stop the numbers from falling by creating a lineage solely of true alphas, making his pack the strongest of all.

The door opens, revealing Aarni Westberg, a beta, just the one Nygaard had been so eager to see. Aarni, in turn, feels somewhat intimidated by the presence of two true alphas, who naturally exude an aura of intimidation.

"Did you call for me?" Aarni asks, trying his best to keep his voice steady, but failing under the stern gaze of the two men. He feels like prey in front of predators.

"Close the door and sit down," Nygaard orders. Aarni shivers at the tone of his boss's voice and nods in agreement. He closes the door and walks slowly to the empty chair in front of the huge wooden table. Kai Aland, who is standing at the side of the table, never takes his eyes off the beta, staring at him intensely, causing Aarni to shrink back in fear. If a true alpha can scare a regular alpha, let alone a simple beta. Aric smiles to the side, a smile that is frightening, and runs his hand over his chin, staring at his employee. "You know... nothing in this company goes unnoticed by me. I know exactly what goes on here, including if a single coin is missing from the coffers," he says, noticing the beta trembling, but he continues, "Everything that happens in these halls, rooms, and vaults is recorded. The images are here, on this flash drive," he shows the small black flash drive between his fingers, "and your life is in my hands. I know exactly what you did, and I can ruin you."

Aarni adjusts himself in his chair, loosening his tie, the fear evident, and the two alphas present can smell it. A drop of sweat drips down his forehead as the stronger dominants continue to stare at him.

"I-I..." Aarni begins to stutter, but he is interrupted.

"What kind of idiot are you?" Kai raises his voice slightly, causing the beta to shrink back in fear. "Didn't you think about the cameras, Aarni? Didn't you think that your stupidity could be discovered at any moment?"

"I-I swear I will pay," is the only thing the beta can manage to say, then he opens and closes his mouth several times, not knowing what else to say. The words simply escape from his mouth.

"Why did you take those jewels? What did you do with them?" Nygaard asks, placing the flash drive on the table and leaning back in his chair. His green eyes still stare intensely at the man in front of him. Aarni takes a deep breath, one, two, and three times, to finally be able to speak without stuttering.

"I needed that money to pay off a debt... but I swear I'll pay you back... Look, I have a daughter who just started college, my wife is pregnant with twins, I don't want them to go through this... Just give me a few months. I'll pay," Aarni pleads, almost pitiful.

"Even if you worked your whole life, you wouldn't be able to pay me back for what you owe, Westberg. You should have thought about your daughter in college, your pregnant wife, and the twins that will be born before you did this foolish thing," Aric shakes his head. Aarni is now in panic.
