KRIS:

I woke up as light streamed into the room, falling on my closed eyes. Opening my eyes, it was morning already.

For the first time in two weeks, I slept peacefully. And surprisingly, I woke up earlier than usual. It must be due to hunger because my stomach rumbled.

Hurrying out of bed, I got into the bathroom and brushed my teeth before washing my face.

After that, I climbed down the stairs in my quest to find food.

Entering the kitchen, I was met with a pleasant surprise.
