LOGINAuthor's POV
Emerald was sitting by the window of her bedroom, she was back where she escaped from.
She is still amused how she didn't end up in the basement after pulling out so many stunts.
Keeping her out isn't Egon's kindness, he has some motive behind it and she is yet to find out what.
Things are fucked up in many ways, there is no way to fix and only a fool will think that it can be fixed but there are some feelings left behind which are hard to get rid of, she is still struggling to find the way to deal with it and Egon will never understand this.
She looked at her ankles which are tied in heavy metal rings like an animal, this she didn't imagine this even in a wildest dream. From being a queen of a dark world to being a captive of the King. How she ended up there is twisted and chaotic. The only thing she knows that she could have done it in a better way.
She was lost in her thoughts when Layla knocked on her door.
"Master wants to see you."
"I am here, ask your master to see me through CCTV which he always does..."
Emerald replied with bitter smile. Layla looked at her flabbergasted, not knowing what to say.
"Don't worry, Layla... I wouldn't want my bones broken for not following his orders... Led the way!"
She got up and walked towards the door.
Emerald couldn't understand why Egon is giving her a freedom to go out of the room even after trying to escape. Her mistakes and his punishments were not going in sink.
She fainted after killing Celsius but she was expecting some big punishment after coming home which she didn't get, Egon haven't said anything to her yet. Which is more dangerous because it means he has something big stored for her.
She followed Layla with heavy feet, they were hurting due to weight.
Layla stopped in front of the room.
"You can go inside."
She informed and walked away.
Emerald looked at the door and knocked on it but didn't receive any answer, she waited and pushed the door open. It was sauna, and her captor was taking a good bath.
Her heart was already on the edge which he worsened by calling her at that place.
She saw him sitting inside the huge bath tub, his back was facing her. His huge arms were resting at the side of bath tub and shoulder muscles were flexed all over the place.
The room was hot but he was making it hotter.
Egon turned his head to the side to acknowledge her presence. Her throat went dry when he gestured her to come closer.
She closed the distance between them and stood by the bath tub.
"How are you, Emerald?"
He asked without any emotions in his voice but she knows that he is mocking her.
She didn't say anything, she just stood there silently with nervous face. He grabbed her hand and pulled her in the bath tub when she didn't answer.
Emerald gasped when she fell on top of him, she quickly clutched on his arms to stabilize herself in the tub. She was on his lap, her hands were holding strongly on his hard arms.
She took deep breath until she recovered from the shock of falling in the tub, she quickly removed her hands from his body and pushed back her wet hair.
She tried to move away from his lap but he grabbed her arm and held her still.
His hard thighs were difficult to ignore, she looked at him closely and carefully to see if he is intoxicated to pull her closer because he doesn't like when she touches him, but he wasn't. He was in sober state.
Egon's amused eyes roamed on her wet face, water drops fell down from her thick eyelashes and those rosy lips took a deep breath. Cheeks were blushed pink and those Emerald orbs were staring at him nervously. The wet strand of her hair was clung to her neck and was hiding between her cleavage, she flinched when he gently moved it away from the valley of her breasts.
Her body was on fire after this closeness and she can't risk it. She can't trust him with anything.
She tried to move away again but he pulled her closer and she fell on his chest and gasped when his hardness came exactly beneath her heat, ways of heat and spark travelled in her body. She inhaled deeply near his ears while trying to stabilize herself but his erection was poking her more with each move.
She looked down not wanting to make eye contact with him because then she will show him something which she shouldn't. She can't be weak in front of him when it comes to emotions.
Egon smirked when she tried to avoid the heat which he gave her, he hooked his fingers around her thighs and made her strangled his lap. She inhaled sharply when the distance between her core and his erection was just her panty.
His smirk deepened when her eyes turned reddish with the desire yet she removed her hands from his body, showing disapproval to his actions.
His eyes travelled on her slender neck and then valley of her breasts, her thin dress had clung to her body and perked up nipples were visible.
He grabbed her jaw in his large hand and made her look at him.
"You had a huge sauna than mine, I thought you must be missing it so I called you here."
She looked around, yes she had huge sauna and there were specially trained maids to give her service there. It was luxurious and bigger than his.
"I don't want this."
She requested. She knows that he is playing with her and he can go to any extent to win the game.
"Okay then let's get over this. Answer my questions and you are free to go... Wrong answer and you will be stripped out of your dignity."
He smirked while letting go of her jaw and she looked at him stunned.
Her heart hammered as he looked determined with his plan.
"Three years ago, you executed 'blood bath' mission. How many high table families you destroyed in it?"
She gulped as blur memories flashed back.
"Seven!"
He tsked mischievously.
"Eight!"
She recalled names and closed her eyes in regret, he was right. It was eight. His hands travelled towards her back like a snake and unzipped her dress. Her eyes snapped open as she stared at him stunned. He was really doing it.
She tried to move and he tightened his hold on her thigh.
"Don't move if you don't want to get fucked raw."
That warning was enough to freeze her in her place.
"What was the purpose?"
He questioned.
Her mind was foggy. She has done so many things, it's hard to recall the mission which wasn't that important for her.
"Because they rebelled against me."
He shook his head.
"Because you wanted the land they owned and they refused to give it to you..."
"Wasn't that part of rebellion?"
She questioned, looking into his eyes.
He chuckled and nodded.
"Fair enough! How did you destroy them?"
She couldn't recall it.
"I killed them?"
She struggled to answer.
He hummed and hooked his thumb in straps of her dress. Her dress fell down from her shoulders and she tried to get up. His quick hold locked her hands against her back and arched her body towards his, her breast squeezed against his.
"You looted them, left them with nothing to survive... They were living life worse than beggers."
Her chest moved with deep breathing.
"I don't remember."
She closed her eyes and tilted her head back when his lips rested on her neck.
She was locked with his body.
"You remember, Emerald because you have looted two tons of gold & diamonds from them. I want to know where is it."
He whispered in her ear.
Emerald frowned confused she doesn't remember doing that. She has never done that as per her memory.
"I don't remember doing that."
She screamed when he ripped off the dress from her body and tossed it away.

Author's POV No one in the criminal underworld, not a even single soul would have ever imagined this day would arrive. Not in this lifetime at least. If someone had dared to suggest that Egon Bismarck, the infamous Mafia King, the man whose silence was deadlier than gunfire would one day stand at an altar… waiting for his bride? They would’ve been mocked.Ridiculed.Shot for their stupidity. And if anyone had claimed that the Queen, the woman forged from violence, vengeance, and unbreakable will walk down an aisle in a breathtaking gown, ready to offer her heart to the man she once swore to ruin?People would’ve placed bets on her blood before her vows.Yet here they were! Author's POV Egon held her like a man who had been starving for years and finally had something warm in his arms again. His arms tightened around her lazy morning frame, almost too tightly, as if she might dissolve into thin air the second he loosened his grip.“To be honest,” his voice came out low, a confession dragged straight from the center of his chest, “I thought you would never accept me again.”His thumb brushed her waist in slow circles — a habit he developed long before, one that never truly died.“I still don’t feel deserving of you,” he admitted, the words cracking slightly, “even though I’m selfish enough to not let you go.”Emerald’s answer came not through words at first, but through the way she burrowed even closer, nuzzling into the warmth of him like she was trying to sink into his bones. There was no fear, no hesitation — just a quiet, hungry comfort she had missed far more than she had expected.“I was in the same dilemma,” she murmured. She tilted her head to me
Author's POV Rafael had been too calm-too smug-when he asked her, "Are you ready to meet the real you?"There was something hidden behind that tone... something sharp, something calculated. Emerald should have protested. She should have pushed back. But at that moment, she was willing to walk into fire if it meant finding out who she really was.Rafael placed a naked sword on the table.A heavy, gleaming blade with a history soaked into its metal."Seen one of these before?" he asked, eyes gleaming with mischief. "Wanna touch?"Emerald's brows pulled together. She knew that question wasn't innocent. Nothing Rafael did was ever innocent. But the curiosity inside her was louder than the warning bells. She stepped forward and traced a finger along the blade-slowly, thoughtfully. She couldn't imagine the things Rafael had used this sword for.She wasn't sure she wanted to imagine."Ohh... who do we have here?"The voice behind her made her turn sharply.Another man stood there. Strikingl
Author's POV The ocean was about to witness their reunion again.Egon’s lips crashed onto hers with a hunger that had been rotting in his chest for far too long. It wasn’t a kiss — it was a claim, a scream, a desperate pull of two halves that had been cut apart and finally slammed back together. Emerald clutched his shirt with trembling fingers, dragging him impossibly closer, like she wanted to pull him under her skin.He groaned into her mouth, a raw, broken sound that betrayed every night he spent missing her. His body pressed into hers as the waves curled around them, cool on their skin, nothing compared to the heat rising between them. Her hands cupped his jaw, fingers shaking as they memorised him again — the stubble, the sharp lines, the warmth that had once been her home.“Egon…” she whispered against his lips, breath trembling. He closed his eyes like her voice hurt him. “Say it again,” he murmured, forehead resting on hers. “I’ve forgotten how to breathe without it.”She di
Author's POV Egon had abandoned the island castle long ago. Every stone, every hallway, every echo of that place carried the weight of what had been done to them—every wound they endured, every injustice that had carved itself into their story.
