Chapter 35
When Iris woke up she felt herself drowsy enough to not step out of her bed. The headache was strong and the aching in her body didn't allow her to take some strong steps out of the bed. Pushing away from the blanket she forced her feet to touch the ground. Dropping her body to her feet she walked away from the bed clutching the long shirt she was wearing. When her eyes settled on the length she understood it was one of Dimitrios's shirts.
"Dimitri...." She called out his name to confirm his presence in her fragile voice and already shaken confidence. She was afraid deep down just by remembering the glimpses of the incidents that had happened to her.
"Dimitri...." She whispered almost not getting an answer and walked forward with her bare feet.
Dozing like a drunken person she moved towards the washroom to get freshen up.
Placing her hand on the door she pushed open it and got welcomed by the cold surface.
