Diana's POV

Acrimony.

That was what I felt.

I stood in front of my kitchen counter, putting some sliced pineapple into my blender. I vaguely wondered what had happened between my boss and Mr Banks. There was no call or text message from Mitch–hopefully, he wasn't killed and thrown into the forest to be eaten by blood tasty wolves.

No, I shook my head. There was no need for negative thoughts. After blending the pineapple, I pulled out a blue bowl, sieve and downed the blended pineapple in them.

Resting my elbows on the counter, I stared at my kitchen walls that were painted in nude color with brown flooring tiles. Tcee was yet to be here and I needed to voice out my thoughts to someone.
