Chapter 16

Beads of sweat rolled down my forehead as worry lines took over my face. I tapped my fingers on the steering wheel, awaiting the traffic light. Darn it! It was too slow and I needed to be in the hospital immediately.

I dreaded the thought of having to lose another loved one. I shook my head and shoved out every negativity in me. Finally, the traffic light changed to green and I zoomed off, careful not to over speed.

Immediately I parked my car, I hopped down from it and walked hastily into the building. I walked passed the receptionist and got called back.

"Ma'am, may I know what you want?!" She called out and I craned my neck to see her stepping out of the reception desk.

I rushed back and rested my elbow on it, my breathing became intensified.

"I'm here to see Eliana Young," I said, searching my head for my sister's description. "I think she has black hair and she's average height or so.
