"Who do we have here?" The man stood up from his seat and walked past Elsa.

"Let her go, Alaric." Philip yelled, struggling to free himself from the two warlocks who held tightly to his arm.

"She came here on her own, so why don't you let her decide if she wants to go or not?" Alaric smirked.

"Let them go." Elsa said, and Alaric spun around to face her.

"Since when do I take orders from a child?"

"I'm not a child."

"Whatever. I now have your dad and his werewolf friend here, so I've got some leverage."

"What do you want?" Elsa frowned.

"Surrender yourself to be taken for trialling."

"No!" Philip yelled and struggled once more.

"I'll do it, as long as you let them leave here unharmed."

"Believe me, I'm a man of my word."
