Thirty nine

Bellona jolted awake from her sleep but remained still on the bed, eyes wide open. She had a terrible dream that was so scary and it looked real.

The dream was like the one she had the last time about Zephyr making her feel good but this one was so realistic. Zephyr had claimed her and marked her as his and she couldn't do anything about it.

She felt scared, not about what Zephyr would do to her since she wasn't scared of dying. She was scared of disappointing her parents, scared of dying without avenging them.

Bellona eyes trailed to her skin and it was as smooth as a baby's butt. If she could remember correctly, Lucian had inflicted so many injuries on her body so now come her skin was clear?

Not that she hated it, infact she wanted whatever happened to keep happening but she couldn't help but wonder if it had anything to do with Zephyr.

'Nah' she thought. He wouldn't do anything to help her, instead he'd only frustrate her life. It was probably the doctor who helped her.
