"Honey?"

Honey lifted her head up and smiled when she saw Estrella peeking at the door. Her cousin smiled back at her and sat beside her on her bed.

"Thank you," Estrella started. She held Honey's hand to show how grateful she was, "You almost died for protecting my daughter."

Honey put her hand on Estrella's hand. She looked at her cousin's dazzling eyes, "Luna is my niece. Part of our family. I must protect her."

She closed her eyes as she felt the warmth and comfort of Estrella's embrace. It'd been a while since she felt her cousin's hug. It may be odd, but there was something in her hug that could melt all her worries and fear in an instant.

Despite the cold and mean mask her cousin wore when they were on a mission, she would always be the soft Estrella she was fond of.

"I didn't expect that you would accept her instantly," Estrella whispered when they parted from a hug. She sighed, a weak smile appeared on her face while thinking how hard it could be for her daughter to live
