Mom shoots me a wary glare, I got a little closer trying to disarm Mrs Jane.
"Ma'am, can you please put down that knife?".

She disregarded my plea and tugged mom a lot closer..
Luckily Alexis walked in. She sights and signaled I don't try to get her presence attained by Mrs Jane.
She sneaked. And while driving to get a hold Of the knife, I distracted Mrs Jane with the first thing that popped up in my head.
"Why are you doing this ma'am?".
My words immediately gave raise to hers, she says and I quote, "what do you mean, can't you see that, ever since you and your mom came into our lives, everything hasn't been okay with my family".
Mrs Jane blamed my mom and I for the issues at home, thus no matter how much I'll love to tell her the truth of who I really am. Its best to play the innocent card with her.
Meanwhile, Alexis mined her way closer to her. Mrs Jane kept a tight grip at mom and the second her grip began loosening, she pulled mom afar and I rushed in, flinging the knife away from her ( Mrs Janes) reach.
She aimed to get a hold of the knife again but stop decerning Keith walked in and took charge of it.
"Mom, what are you doing?".
( He takes a flash look at us, before returning it back to hear his mom's comeback)
She falls back and points at me.
"His the reason why your father is fighting for his life, his mom as well".
While Mrs Jane made a mountain full of complain about my mom and I, we all listened.
Somehow I thought Keith would immediately react after heeding to his mom's words.
Rather he walks past dragging his furious mom up to her room.
"Chris, are you okay?"
I veered following Alexis's words.
"I'm fine dear!! Thanks for your help".
( She nods and left me alone with mom)
Mom falls her back on the wall donning a startled look on my face.
"That was close".
She lifts up her head glaring at me.
I smiled and dragged her in for a warm hug.
"Everything is okay, thank God you're fine and Alexis came on time".
( She puffed out a deep breath turning up to meet my gaze)
"Let's go upstairs?". ( Mom adds up and we both left holding onto each other)
Meanwhile, after getting mom to bed, I strolled into my room.
The light in were switched off and at a click, I had it turned on only to find a familiar face inside my bedroom.
"You? Alexis what are you doing here?".
( Curiosity came in)
She placed her hand to her waist and replied in a saractic tone.
"Aww!! Don't act like you aren't happy being here!!! Master Leonardo's biological son".
Immediately my eyes widened up heeding to her words. "What did you just call me!".
( Recalled her statement again and Alexis came on saying the same thing)
It can't possibly be that she found out my real identity, but the question is how?, No one except mom, Mr Richardson and myself.
How on earth, did Alexis fish out the truth?.
( That's my subconscious talking)
"Hey!! Cat cut your tongue?".
She once again got me back to my senses.
The look on my face must have proven that her statement came as a shock to me.
She fills up the left distance between us, lifts up her head and spoke another shocking truth, "Chris!! I know you're master Leonardo's biological son, even though everyone thinks you aren't (eye locking with mine as the chapter ends).
