Evil eyes

Dad smiles and said, "son! I'll like for you to get married to Alexis".

( Stunned)

"What?" I got up in a State is disbelief.

Dad grown a frown and dragged me close, "seat?", He commands, although I didn't want to, I had no other option.

I sat back down and listened how they all talked about my supposed alliance with Alexis.

Come to think of it, how's she doing all this, I just don't understand the reason behind her odd behavior.

( Alexis parent's left with dad)

I turned around and in a fit of rage dragged her back, "you've got five seconds to start explaining".

She drops her eyes down and had it fixed on me.

"Let go and I'll tell you".

She tells on and I released my grip on her, trying so hard not to do something I might regret.

( Alexis began speaking)

" Chris, like I said before, I've liked you and no matter how much you're in love with Maria Jose, your dad won't let you marry her!! Because it's been stated with both my dad and yours that our children will be getting married together".

"I'll admit that I never wanted to, since Keith's was the only son but the day my eyes saw you, I can proudly say, I don't mind getting married to Mr Leonard's first son today". ( EVIL EYES)

Alexis gave me the look, the your can't be able to stop the inevitable look on her face which to me was a sign of mockery, and no matter how humans can be, being mocked can't and isn't going to be an option.

It seems the only person, that can call of this wedding is going to be dad, he was the one that had it fixed and now his going to be tht only one that gets it called off.

( Frowns)

So, I waited for dads return, he smiles heaving his head to find me standing like a police, awaiting his return.

"Son, have you been waiting for me?".

( Dad says)

"Yes dad?" I affirmed and he goes, "why son, what's the problem?".

Hence Following the tone of his voice, it's best to tell him the truth about my feelings towards Maria Jose, which of cause the person in question doesn't know about it.

"It's about the marriage between Alexis and I " ( my words to him)

Dad takes a few time trying to understand, "what about the wedding?", He Implored to know more.

I buffed out a deep breath, tucked my stomach and told on the entire truth to him ( dad), not once did he try to stop me but the minute my mouth weaves out the last words.

Dad says In a displeasing way."Chris, I'll advise you, the woods haven't gotten married outside the shores of their own class and has for the lady you speak, she isn't of the same class with you!! We've got traditions to follow son".

( Dad takes a new turn, ambling away)

I railled my eyes around, what the hell those he mean by that, class and  traditions to follow, it's seems dads forgotten that I was once like Maria Jose, and if he doesn't want to listen, I'll as well bend him to it.

"Hold on dad?".

He halts turning to meet my gaze, so I said again, "dad? Can you please tell me, if by chance Maria Jose is trained worthy  to become my wife, can we both get married and my alliance with Alexis called off?".

Once more, he falls deep in thought before answering, "yes son, you can get married to Maria Jose and your Alliance to Alexis will be called off".

( Revamped his footsteps and finally fled)

Unfortunately, I had no idea that Maria Jose took heed of my conversation with dad, thus I turned to left but met her donning a startled look at me.
