Mind Games

The following morning, "good morning, Aleixs". A masculine voice lets go to me.

I raised up from the bed and met a familiar face staring at me, "you! Chris is that you?"

He smiles and seats next to me, "yeah, it is me!!! I have been watching you from afar". (Chris words to me)

A cloud of excitement drops on, " so, it's true, you're alive!! Keith wasn't lying to us". (I said)

Chris gets up from the bed and dooms a strange look, "I cannot say, anything for now but I promise, I'll make sure to explain everything when the time is right". (He airs out)

"Seriously!!! When the time is right" ( my eyes looked around and when I returned back to speak, Chris was nowhere to be found).

"David" i called out, but heeds to someone voice, "did you just call my brother?". (Keith tunes my eyes back to him)

He walks further, donning a tensed look, "did you call my brother? Was David here?" (Copies his initial words to me)

I said,  "yes!! I also saw him, not quite long". (Answered in a calm tone)

Keith face lits up, "finally! You know believe me when I said, his spirit is around, and tell me what did he say?.

"Nothing!!! He didn't tell me anything" ( left him and went to the restroom).

Afterwards, I came over to the restaurant, and met Mr fabain there, he weaves my attention and watched while I made my way through.

"Good morning Aleixs" he says

"Good morning sir!! Do you perhaps want to threaten me" I said in a pissed tone.

A weak smile on, he disapproved my idea, "not really, but I'll like you to please assist me, on a mission".

"What mission?" (My words to him)

So he said, " the mission to find out, if David is truly alive or not".

I locked up my eyes to his and wondered what kind of plan he wishes to gain my assistance, "I don't understand, what plan do you mean?".  (Added and iddls for him to speak)

(Inaudible conversation)

According to Mr fabain, he says and i quote, " the best way to find out if there's a ghost hunting my son, we need to pay a visit to a spiritualist".

"A spiritualist? And how to find one?" ( I asked and met him smiling)

"You will be able to see this night and please, Keith shouldn't know about it, he hates things like this?". (He gets up from the chair and left me alone).

The same day, as earlier planned, Mr fabain and I, boarded a taxi to a place hidden from the city, "where are we going" I inquired as we ambled further to a cottage.

"Keep quiet" he signaled and gets the  front door opened.

"Welcome Mr. Leonardo"

A lady airs publicly to our hearing, she tunes her eyes back and met me, "good day, Alexis" Adds up and waits.

"Thank you Alyssa for helping us, but we came for something important" ( Leonardo and I fills up the space between us)

Alyssa smiles and faced her Crystal bowl,  she hummed a particular weird song, while we anxiously looked at her.

(Continues talking)

"Do you really want to know what the crystal bowl showed me?". ( Alyssa said)

"Yes please, what does it say?" ( Mr Leonardo adds up In a hate and listened to what she had to say)

Alyssa's turns her eyes and falls it on  me while speaking, she says, "Life has a way of making us pay for our sins, and concerning the what you told me, yes!!! Your son is being hunted by the spirit of his dead brother".

"what?" Mr Leonardo airs out in disbelief.

Alyssa kept her countenance on me while Mr Leonardo vents out and leaves me behind.

"Hold on Alexi's"

I attempted to leave but  haltes when she calls me back.

I turned and said, "yes please".

Alyssa adds up her words to me, "who are you?".  She inquiries

An odd look on my counternance , "what exactly do you mean by such words?". ( Answered back, i waited to hear her come back)

" Don't you understand? I'll explain"

(Continues talking)

"There was a particular information, I couldn't tell, while Mr fabain was here and now he left, it's best I open up".

"What information?". ( Donned a curious look as let's out to me)

"The information that tell where your heart truly lies between the one you love and the one you thought you loved?".

Alyssa was spoke in riddles and I couldn't understand what she meant that such statement to me.

"Erm!! I don't understand" (still confused I signaled).

So she said, "what are you confused about!!! Listen to me, a friendly advise, search deep within your heart fire to see who you truly loves and who is the one for you".

Mr fabain calls out to me, In a haste I left without altering a single word to Alyssa.

(Back at the hotel)

We all ambled further and met Keith waiting at the lobby, he turns and falls his attention on us, "where did you both go to?".

Mr Leonardo walks in and decides to derail to another topic, "what do you mean!! Can't I go out without my son's permission?". 

The defensive attitude, made Keith rethink his words, " it's not what I meant dad but I looked for you both everywhere and thought maybe, Chris spirit might have kidnapped you, since Alexi's here got to also see him as well.

"Wait, Alexis has spoken with Chris". ( All eyes falls on me, waiting for an explanation).

"Tell father the truth?" ( Chris commands and falls back the second his attention drits away from me).

( He walks away in a dash)

"Son, where are you going too?".

Thankfully the situation changed and we ended up following Keith who rushed after a man wearing a dark colored shades.

"Who the hell are you?". ( The man airs publicly)

Keith fronts and tossed the man's glasses on the floor only to infern the truth, "oh my goodness, I am sorry" he says in disbelief.

Mr. Leonardo and i ran closer  draged him back, and apologized to the man, he embarrassed at the hotel.

"I am so sorry sir" ( I said but he refused to listen, rather the man threatened to get Keith arrested for harassment.

(Inaudible conversation)

It's been long enough, but luckily Mr. Leonardo came in agreement with the man, I had no idea what they both talked about that got him to change his mind.

"What is wrong with you?"

Keith seats at the lobby and gets scolded by his father, "speak up, you little prick?". ( He says In a pissed tone).

"Father, I am sorry but I thought I saw Chris" ( keith words out to us)

Mr. Leonardo frowns and latched out again, " I am sick and tried of your crazy game and please, tomorrow morning, you will be going to the doctor, for a check up and please don't you even think of saying no, or else, I'll tie you up and get you to the hospital by Force".

( Unfrozed and left without hesitation)

I buffed out a deep breath,and left him behind at the lobby, I don't know if David is truly alive or if someone is trying to play with Alvin's sanity.

Weird!
