Save me

urgh"

I woke up with my head bleeding, "what that he'll?" I said noting someone brought me home.

Immediately I made a run outside and found my car was pack at it usual spot.

"What happened?",

While trying to recall Maria Jose came out to meet me.

She says, "Chris, is everything okay?".

I turned around frowning my words out.

"I don't know but someone tried to kill me" The frown on my face kept growing, she moves a back and looked sideways imploring to know more" what happened, how did it happen because you have been up inside your room and nothing out of the ordinary has happened.

Heeding to Maria Jose's words got me. Thinking, what the heck is going on?, Is someone playing a prank on me or I'm I gradually going mental as well, because I can remember that I left to meet mom at the mental asylum and on our way outside someone knocked me out unconscious.

She returns her eyes back and answered, "I don't know baby!! You're acting strange?".

Tori adds up her words to me.

I disapproved her statement and went in search for answers, therefore I came down again after getting dressed .

"Going somewhere?", 

Alexis asked freezing my feet to a point I turned back retorting back .

"What's it to you?",

I know I have no evidence to back up what truly happened, deep down I suspected Alexis, minus the fact I've  also never trusted her as well, I'll have to find out the truth to what really happened.

"Excuse me?" I said and walked away, heading to the place I last went before, hoping I'll find something, even a lead.

My car stopped at the mental asylum, I looked down and rushed in..

I went straight to moms wards and found someone else instead.

"Looking for someone?".

A feminine voice let's out from behind.

I turned and asked, "I'm looking for Mrs Elena woods, she's my mom".

In return the lady disapproved my words, "I am sorry sir, we don't have a lady called Elena woods, and the lady in here, isn't your mom but mine".

( She takes a walk in, while I left trying to comprehend the issue on the ground)

"Where the hell is mom?"

( That's my subconscious talking).

An hour later, I got back home, dad saw me ambling in and decided to reel me out of my clouded thought.

"Son? Are you okay".

I walked in and sat next to him.

"Yes dad", ( lied, hiding the fact that mom was still alive)

Dad tries interfering again but gets called back by his phone ringing.

He walked out and picked up the call.

Thus if that wasn't enough problems, Alexis called me back.

"Chris?",.

I turned unable to think straight.

"What?,

In a haste she says, "I have something to tell you, and no matter how much you hate me, it's best you decide if you would save your mom or allow her to die all because of your desire to get married to Maria Jose".

Alexis words made no sense to me, I took a few steps close, imploring more..

"Excuse me? What do you mean?".

( Asked and she goes without holding back)

"Chris, I know where your mom is, but before you can save her, you've got to do something for me?".

In a quick response I asked.

"Something like what?".

She says, "you've to call off your wedding to Maria Jose in other to save your mom or get married to Maria Jose and have your mom killed?".

( Eyes lock as she watched me made a decision)

Apparently, no matter how much I hate to do this, I cannot possibly lose my mom, just after knowing she's alive, and If Maria Jose gets to find out my decision, she might end up hating me.

I'll have to find a way to get my mom saved and get married to the woman of my dreams, outside Alexis knowledge.
