The village

Karan comes over the following morning. He had his luggage and when Avanti saw him walking out of the elevator, she almost fell asleep.

Mrs. Anuradha welcomed him, at the hotel we had our penthouse.

Pinky helped Karan to his room.

Avanti leaves to hers and I followed.

I walked in and saw her whimpering to herself.

"Avanti," I said.

She turns and rushed me.

"I am so scared javelin, please don't make me get married to Karan,"

She grabbed my hand and squeezed them.

I saw the fear in their eyes. I can't possibly let Karan get away with what he has done.

I can't let Avanti pass through the same thing.

Mrs. Anuradha comes to find us talking in the room. She asked Avanti to get ready for tonight's party.

Avanti asked what party and we got to find out that, tonight was set for the engagement party.

Isn't it too soon?.

Later, I followed Mrs. Anuradha down to the kitchen, she noticed me following her and scolded me.

I couldn't take any more of her tantrum, I retaliated in the same manner causing a huge scene.

Everyone at home came to the kitchen.

Grandpa Ajay dragged me outside

He forced me to sit by the pool and spoke to me.

Grandpa Ajay wasn't also in support of the wedding between Karan and Avanti.

He suggested that out of anger and resentment we don't forgo the chance to expose Karan and set Abhishek free.

That's the reason why were are doing this.

I need to know what's going on, does Karan have Abhishek In his custody.

Evening. We got down for the party. Mrs. Anuradha forced me to get Avanti ready on time

I did what she asked and we came to meet the guests at the party.

Mrs auradha said it was just a little party, but it seems she invited the whole city.

Karan saw us coming and comes to meet us.

"Hello, ladies, "

He winked at Avanti.

Avanti grabbed my hand and signaled we left.

However, mom walks in, she forced her hands away and brings her back to him.

Avanti was impelled by her mom to go with Karan, I saw her eyes crying for help while she left with him.

But what can I do, I can't possibly let my emotions get the better of my sanity.

I'll have to be strong in other to find where exactly Abhishek is, I'm beginning to think he's dead.

I waited for the ceremony to end.

While everything was happening, Pinky pushed me out of her way.

She winked while getting the rings to Mrs. Anuradha.

Avanti picks up her ring.

We stared at each other.

I smiled and begged her not to do anything stupid.

She understood what I said and grudgingly fixed the ring into Karan's fingers.

Everyone at the party celebrated the union.

Later, Mrs. Anuradha sends for me, I went to her bedroom while she gets ready for bed.

"Ma'am, you sent for me?"

I walked in.

She turns around and asked me to do her a favor.

What favor? I asked.

Mrs. Anuradha wanted me to keep an eye on the pinky and report to her whatever she does.

This is interesting. Doesn't Mrs. Anuradha trust pinky anymore?.....

And why should she need my help, I thought she hates me?....

I got to find out that, apart from being Abhishek's Friend, Ayan was also a police officer.

Mrs. Anuradha had called him to help track down her soon.

Ayan went to the visitor's room to rest.

I passed his room later, heading to mine when I heard him preparing for a search team.

He saw me listening when I accidentally pushed down a vase.

"Javelin, do you perhaps need anything?"

He finished talking, before disconnecting the call.

I had no idea what to say, I looked  and saw Avanti walk in in

She had no idea what was happening. Since her attention has been buried on her phone.

Ayan saw my attention was divided, he pulled me back a little to check, and the moment he saw Avanti coming.

He forgot about me and went to meet her.

"Good day,"

He makes funny faces at her.

"Good day Ayan,".

Avanti saw me leaving to my bedroom while talking with Ayan.

I hit the door to my room and Avanti walks in later.

She stood at my door giving me strange glances.

"What's happening?"

I asked her to come in.

Avanti rides inside, and just then we hear Karan having a heated argument with Pinky outside.

Immediately we ran out of our rooms to see what was going on.

Pinky blamed Karan for trying to sabotage her, while Karan on the other hand, wasn't willing to back down either.

It's quite confusing. What happened that made them fight?

I saw Mrs. Anuradha going back to her bedroom, before leaving she smiled at the scene.

I'm guessing, Mrs. Anuradha has something to do with what is happening here.

The next morning.

I was asked to come down for breakfast. I was walking down the stairs when Pinky bumped into me

She was looking worse than before.

We got to the dining table, and Pinky took her seat with a grumpy attitude.

Mrs. Anuradha didn't even bother to ask.

Strange. What transpired between them?..

Ayan comes outside in a hurry. He says there have me rumors of Abhishek at a village close to Bangalore.

Mrs. Anuradha immediately made arrangements for us to go.

We got to Bangalore and drove right past a huge famous land.

We all came out facing a crowd of villagers.

The leader of the villagers asked us to come into his house.

He wanted to know the reason for our visit.

While we spoke. I looked back and could have sworn I saw Abhishek walking past the house.

Maybe it is a figment of my imagination.

Mrs.. Anuradha asked the leader if there was anyone new to the village.

The village head said there was and asked his guards to fetch him.

We were all hoping it would be Abhishek, however, our hopes got Scattered again when another person came before us.

Mrs . A Anuradha left there angry. Avanti ran to meet her, I sat there gazing through the field surrounding the village head's house, and then I took notice of Abhishek's reflection again.

Have I started seeing this?....

Is Abhishek not here?...
