**CAROLINA'S POV**

The crowd dwindled as many people walked out of the Human Resources department with disappointed looks on their faces. Soon, it was my turn. I rose from my chair and walked toward the interview room.

I sucked in a deep breath, believing that I would pass the interview. The last interview taught me to dress decently at work. They weren't searching for only brains, but also for how modest their employees appeared.

As I walked into the vast office, the man who sat behind his desk raised his head and peered at me.

I was taken aback to see his face. "You!"

I gasped, seeing he was the stalker.

"Mmm," his brows furrowed as he looked at me from head to toe.

"You want to work here? As a new staff member?" he asked, his face curling into a smile. I couldn't believe that he worked for Morgan Groups. I thought he was the boss of his own company.

"Yes…" I spluttered, clearing my throat, and he smiled.

"I understand that look of surprise on your face. Actually, I don't work here.
