Chapter 10 "The Terrfying Red Werewolf"

Yuri’s POV

I was scared the first time I saw Mikhail act like a beast. That was my initial reaction, but later on, I was convinced Mikhail only did that to protect me from the other male werewolves in this Pack.

Compared to the others, Mikhail was a cut above the rest. The other werewolves would eye me hungrily as if I were their next meal. So, I could not fathom why they were trying to send him away. Their language was hard to decipher; it did not sound like any language in human society.

Nevertheless, I somehow managed to convince the Old man, A.K.A, Elder Gregor, to let Mikhail stay with me. And now, I am inside Alpha’s house with Mikhail.

Alpha's house had the appearance of a tree house, much like the ones created by the massive roots of the trees in the village. However, upon entering, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the interior was similar to any ordinary human dwelling. To my amazement, this house had electrical machines and even electricity!
