LOGINLouis Trevor, a shy and fragile college student, never imagined his life would change the day he was saved from bullies by Andrea Ryder—an underground fighter who kept her distance from emotional entanglements. But Louis, persistent and unexpectedly alluring, managed to slip under her skin. What began as a simple act of repayment spiraled into a night of steamy passion—yet it wouldn't end there. Could his piercing green eyes be enough to make her stay, when their worlds were so vastly different? From strangers to bedmates, Andrea made it clear she didn’t want a relationship. Her life was too dark, too focused on vengeance to make room for love. She had lost both of her parents, and she believed her uncle had a hand in it. Revenge was the only thing that kept her going—until she met Louis. Someone she wanted to live for. Someone she could die for. He shivered as her fingers toyed with the buttons on his shirt. "You’re pretty nasty for someone so fragile," she whispered. His eyes never left her face. His breath quickened. His cheeks flushed. "Kiss me, Louis," she said, leaning closer. "Huh..." he breathed, instinctively leaning in. "Kiss me, Louis." A shudder tore through him as he pressed his lips to hers. But all that glitters isn’t gold. Her first betrayal will come from the one she’s come to love most. Will Andrea be able to forgive him when she discovers that the eyes she fell for belong to the same bloodline as the man responsible for her parents’ deaths? And will Louis be able to melt her icy heart… twice? Join Louis and Andrea on a thrilling, emotional rollercoaster of passion, pain, and redemption.

His movements fluid, eyes never leaving mine he navigated his way across the crowded room. He stalked me, ensuring I knew I was being hunted with his every move, my body tingling as his gaze intensified the closer he got. The anticipation, the knowing, the fact he had already claimed me as his set my skin on fire. I didn’t need to know his name, age, occupation, or anything about him. All I needed to know was that for this moment in time he would make me his, and I would allow him to.
His clothes were neat, his button-down black shirt tucked into a pair of dark jeans. A thin leather belt with a silver buckle low around his hips. His feet seemed to glide over the floor, and as he neared me, I smelled his cologne, it wasn’t overpowering; but soothing and pleasant. His hand lightly skimmed my bare shoulder and that was the only signal I needed. Wordlessly I got up and followed him, his broad shoulders moving steadily in front of me. His long finger pushed the elevator button and we got in, riding in silence to the 3rd floor. Stepping off the elevator I followed him down the hallway, this hotel was one of the most sumptuous and expensive hotels in the area and it showed in every little detail. The bar downstairs a well-known hangout for the upper echelon of the city, even including someone like me. I was only allowed in because of who I was, and even then, it was only out of fear and not that I was wanted. Still, every now and then I enjoyed playing pretend, that I fit in and wasn’t tied to the dirty underbelly of the city.
He stopped suddenly in front of a room at the end of the hall, a suite. This man had expensive taste, and I was not going to argue; one person staying in a suite at this place was not cheap. Taking out a card he placed it in front of the pad, the door clicking open in recognition. He stepped in and held the door open for me to enter, as I stepped through the doorway the small hairs on my arms stood up in anticipation. His hand gently rested on the small of my back, his fingers feeling cool through the thin cloth of my dress and pressed me slightly forward. The door clicked shut behind me and I turned to look at him.
He was tall, strikingly so. I had been with my share of tall men; but he was easily the tallest. His eyes were a dark brown, yet brightly lit and I could see intelligence reflected there. He had a few days of old stubble on his chin and cheeks, which only served to highlight his bone structure that was sharp and angular. His nose was straight, with an end that turned neither up nor down. His lips were pink and full, but not overly so, and as he looked down at me, they curved up with a smile.
“Consent?” He asked, his voice low and smooth. I hesitated for a beat, knowing if I said yes I was giving him permission to do anything he wanted to me. Anything.
I nodded, not looking away from his gaze. “Consent given.”
The next morning, Louis's phone rang as he made breakfast. Layla's name flashed across the screen. He picked up his phone and swiped over the answer button. He was already late for work and he had afternoon classes."Hi Layla," he said, and put the call on speakerphone and went on with mixing the ingredients for pancakes. He glanced behind him to see Andrea already awake. Her face looked a bit flushed, and her eyes stared blankly at him."Louis, we need you at the fashion house now for some photo shoot. Our orders have been doubling up, and so we have recreated some designs and advertised them while we are having an influx of demand."Louis shook his head, he had to be around for Andrea. He glanced at her and back at the pancakes. Her eyes were downcast and Andrea looked worried,"I won't be able to come because I need to go see my Aunt at the hospital, but I'll come in tomorrow."Andrea walked further into the kitchen. She stood behind him and listened to the conversation."Really! Yo
"Why are you here, Louis?" Her breathing seemed to pause as she looked at Louis. "Long story short, one Antonio asked me to wait here for you in this taxi… Andrea fanned her body with her fingers. She couldn't make sense of his words. Her eyes widened, and she banged weakly against the car seat. "Shit! Don't tell me that you have been working for Antonio. You approached me on purpose right." She gasped out looking worse as her face looked flushed more than ever. Louis sped off, ignoring her words at first. He was scared at first, but after seeing her in such a state, he knew he had to be strong for her. "Fuck you Louis, is that even your name?" Louis chuckled but kept his eyes on the road. "I don't even know where we are heading to right now," he said. His words only fueled Andrea's annoyance. She struggled to sit properly and when she did. She yelled with a little bit of strength. "Stop the damn car." She yelled out, but Louis ignored her. She struggled over the seat and
Andrea stepped into the bar and walked over to the counter. She noticed Eric was also sitting there, already drunk. His head was hung low as he sprouted out gibberish.Andrea glanced sideways and noticed he was just alone and drunk. She took the seat closest to him and ordered a drink. Her eyes moved to the bartender. His familiarity struck her, but she couldn't place it.Unlike her, her hair was loose and fell over her shoulders. Ethan turned to her side as he heard the chair scrapping against the floor.A small smile played on Eric's face as he noticed her. She grabbed the shot of alcohol and drowned it.Antonio had caught her kissing Louis. She couldn't get rid of the feeling of messing up as Antonio had found out that she played around with him. She didn't want him to be in any danger because of her.He might use that against her, and she would not let it happen. Louis won't be seen with her again. Eric scooted the seat closer to her and clung on her arm. "You smell so good, Andr
Louis blushed and looked away from her penetrating gaze. Her tall and slender figure leaned against the desk watching him.His mind drifted off to the previous day, and he felt a burning sensation in his chest as he thought about it."What do you need a loan for? Do you want to start a business?"she asked. Her eyes were looking straight at his. He was a bit startled by the sudden question.Louis shook his head, his mouth opened to reply, but he couldn't form any word as Andrea pulled him by the shirt. He stumbled a bit and ended up closer to her. Their bodies were touching, and her eyes lingered on her fingers clutched around his shirt. He stuttered out a meaningless word. His long blonde hair fell messily over his face."What do you need the loan for Louis?" She asked again. When she looked up at him, she could clearly see he was in a daze. She leaned closer to him and wrapped her hand around him and their foreheads touched.Louis's breathing quickened. "What do you need the loan fo
