Chapter 50

(Terrence's POV)

After Warren's men handed me over, dipped me in a drum of water, trampled, punched, kicked and poured freshly boiled water in my face I was almost paralyzed and gradually lost hope of surviving.

I was confined to that dark place for over six months and alone. I wanted to shout out loud and ask for help, but I was also aware that there was no one else there but me.

When Warren shot me that night, he immediately arrested me with his staff and locked me in a large cargo container at the dock. Six months was enough for the wounds on my body to heal, as well as my face with traces of cigarette burn. I gathered courage and I made a way to escape there.

There was no other use inside except the bottle of beer that his staff always drank. I broke a bottle on the wall and hid it behind me, I was just waiting for the arrival of one of them and the one who always holds the key who always deliv
