“Miss Cactaceae.”

I was surprised after the instructor came back and called for my name.

“Yes sir?” I asked while walking toward him.

“You are excused from our class but you have to create a 1,000-word essay about baseball. Are we clear?”

“H-huh?”

“I do not want to repeat my words again ms. Cactaceae. You may go back to your classroom now,” he replied with a blank expression before walking past me and calling for my classmate’s attention again.

I was still in shock because of the instructor’s statement when I felt a sudden warm breath in front of me. It was so soothing that I wanted to know where it was coming from not until...

“Will you back off?!” I scuff after realizing that Ash’s face was already one inch away from me.

But I was surprised when I heard him chuckle even with how rudely I pushed him back.

“Let us go,” he then suddenly went back to his serious expression before holding my hand and pulling me out of the gymnasium.

And in a few minutes, we were already in the classroom
