It's been a week since I took over Rogueland, Gunner my Delta had the task of making sure the transition ran smoothly throughout the land, and since Cole was an architect by trade. He was designing the prison and was in charge of the project, we wanted this to work and not be known as rogues anymore but a pack with a difference. My son was adjusting as we told him his mother had died and he had clung to me more than ever. I wondered if he knew that I was the one that killed her, would he hate me? Jerrod had been adjusting, although some people were surprised we ended up being second-chance mates but I was more confused than them, I was straight for fuck sake, the bond was growing and the hate I had for him, was slowly going away.

He has treated me better than Esmerelda ever did and he supports me on everything and if he doesn't, he lets me know. I was in the office and I was missing Jerrod, I was actually missing him so I linked him and said, "What are you doing babes?" I actua
