Afraid of losing you

Orfilia's pov

As the dawn appeared out of the horizon, I watched the first ray of sun falling on the white snow and reflecting the sparkles like a fresh cut diamond. The moment was breathtaking and it made me forget the pain coursing through my body.

The wounds haven't healed and the bruises are sore. As i tried to get up along with the surroundings, i realised that i am lying on a cot which is placed outside from a temple.

Although, the ceiling was covering me from the morning dew but the chills did got me shudder my spine in shiver.

As I tried to get up, I convulsed and threw up at another moment. I was exhausted and helplessly laid down back on the cot. The vision was getting blurred and the sense faded but I heard the faint footsteps approaching me.

I wanted to get up and fight if someone was trying to take advantage of me. These past couple of days, bizarre things are happening with me. I can’t even relate if they're real or a mere hallucination, or I was just having an inceptio
