Orfilia's pov

The winters arrived earlier in the southern part of the county. Soon, there will be snowfall here but now, the thick tension hanging over the neck of the warrior glaring at the territory of Alpha Raymond's hideout.

After forming the alliance, my team split into sections and each section worked harder to find Raymond's whereabouts. I won't address him as an alpha anymore, because she doesn't deserve the title. An alpha was supposed to protect and rule great over his pack but Raymond had a sad backstory. He was insane and I wondered what he had in his mind.

"Lady Orfilia, are we going to stand here and do nothing?" Rashak asked me while glaring at the farthest sight.

I inhaled a reply before responding, "Who said we won't do anything? I am patient because I am creating hundreds of scenarios to kill Raymond in his nest. But, we shouldn't forget our main objective here. We need to find Ivory and take her back with us."
