Brielle's POV

" We and the court have reason to believe that your sister deliberately left and abandoned the baby. "

" Are you sure? I don't even know what to say... let me see if I can call her. " He watched me as I got up and ran to my phone to dial her number. It didn't even ring. The operator came on and I ended it as I looked over to him.

" It's said that the number is no longer in service. " He sighed.

" We've tried contacting her numerous times already and we've gotten nowhere. We had someone go to the residence that she was located on the computer but it has been placed for sale as of last week. She called the hospital from an anonymous source this morning and told them not to come looking for her and for you to take care of where the baby goes... We tried tracing it but we found no luck. Also, the identity of the father is.. unknown " I took a seat in front of him again and he didn't say anything as he probably knew that I was in complete shock.
