CHAPTER 18: Punishment

THIRD PERSON'S P.O.V

"How could you?" Avria disgustedly asked as she walked down the aisle. Her face was telling them how she feels at the moment, that they shouldn't be alive.

"Stop it, Avria." Giovanni commanded but she refused to listen. She kept on walking until she reached her. A hard slap landed on Ariadne's face as Avria went in front of her. Ariadne did not manage to react fast as her heart was beating so fast.

She doesn't really know the reason for the things happening in her life, but still she needs to keep fighting, keep on making herself alive. The hell world was eating her, the demon was watching her and all she wanted was to escape.

Ariadne eventually touches the part where she has been hurt, and it's her heart. She doesn't want to believe that everyday of her life, spending with these kinds of people, will make her heart crushed into pieces even more.

When Avria did not get any response to her, she was about to slap her again when a loud roar filled the entire hall.
