"Good evening honey, come sit down and eat your dinner"

Mama's smile greeted me as soon as I out of my bedroom. I looked at my smiling mother, even though I could tell her eyes were swollen from crying last night.

'Was my decision wrong?'

I bit my lip, remembering the conversation I had with my mom last night. Mama said what I saw was not true and she never cheated on father.

"Believe me honey, mom never cheated on father. The only person mom loves in this world is your dad and that won't change."

After saying that mom just cried. She then went into her room and locked herself. Even when I go to school, mom still hasn't come out of her room.

I didn't know that my question would hurt Mama so much. But I also don't want to walk around a sense of uncertainty. I want to have something I can hold onto. A reassurance in the midst of the miraculous things that have happened to me lately. A
