Jill's POV

"Enjoy this ok?" I dropped a mini sized burger in front of Liam's small table and smiled as he licked his lips. 

"This looks yummy mommy." He grinned like he just got a huge reward for doing something great. "Thank you."

I bent to peck his cheek, "you're welcome," and made my way back to the kitchen to finish my cleanup. 

As I stepped into the kitchen, I felt a tingling pain by my lower abdomen. It felt like a menstrual pain, but a more critical one. And, I was so sure it couldn't be a monstral pain because I was pregnant. 

From my observation and thoughts, I could tell that it was as a result of the tiny thing I was carrying in my uterus. Sincerely, it was a complete inconvenience. Even though it was only a few weeks since I started to carry their child, it felt like a year already. How was I going to continue living like that till the
