42. Luca/Willow: Mission Accomplished

I braced myself, my thoughts still shaking with Mousey’s tears. As I walked through the door of the pack house, the familiar scents of my members filled my nostrils but did nothing to soothe the unease in my chest.

“We’re here today to discuss the progress of our mission." I went straight to the point, ignoring the familiar greetings of the pack members.

My heart was heavy as I addressed the pack. Why was I feeling this way? I needed to shrug this guilt off. There was nothing to be guilty of.

"Unfortunately, George might not be joining us in the pack's war. He had overstepped some boundaries and I put him in a coma. He would be fine after some weeks."

"He wasn't always available…so we aren't going to miss him," Buda said.

I cleared my throat to call for silence again. “It’s with pride I can tell you that I have slept with Willow,” I announced.

"What?"

"You're kidding"

"Now that's my Alpha!"
