Nevin slowly approached Laura and placed his hands around her waist. "Could you be my princess consort, replacing the previous one?" he asked. Laura felt a sense of disgust as she heard this. She almost pushed him away, but then she thought that being close to the prince might provide an opportunity to exact revenge on the princess consort. So she pretended to be bashful and remained silent.
To Nevin, Laura's silence seemed like acquiescence. He continued, "Alright, then from now on, you will maintain the schedule of the previous princess consort and take her place. You won't have to do any cleaning; I'll have the servants do it for you."
